Karen is our Rental Manager, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people. Originally from Barmera in South Australia, Karen relocated to Frankston South several years ago to be closer to her family and spend more time with her grandbabies. Since making the move, she has become a proud local, building strong connections within the community and embracing the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle.
Before entering real estate in 2003, Karen spent more than 15 years in the banking industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and financial management. Since transitioning into property management, she has built a reputation for her professionalism, empathy, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
After taking a short break from the industry to work as a Student Support Officer at a local primary school, Karen returned to real estate in 2015 and has continued to thrive in the ever-evolving rental market. With a wealth of experience, exceptional organisational skills, and a practical, solutions-focused approach, she is a trusted advisor to both rental providers and renters.
Karen is passionate about helping people navigate what can often be a stressful process and takes pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and clear communication. Her commitment to outstanding service and attention to detail ensure her clients feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, making memories with her grandchildren, and supporting the Hawthorn Football Club. Her warmth, integrity, and people-first approach make her an invaluable member of the team and a favourite among clients and colleagues alike.
