Christmas may be just around the corner, but we saw further confirmation this week that there are still quite a number of homebuyers in the City of Hume who are keen to secure their next home before the festive season arrives.

As you can see below, our team has been busy assisting lots of local buyers and sellers to achieve their property dreams across a variety of suburbs and property types, and we still have several opportunities to come this week.

Recent results have included:

Craigieburn: 3 Midhurst Court. Located a short stroll from Willmott Park Primary School, this four-bedroom home attracted good interest before achieving a sale at $670,000.

Gowanbrae: 95 Gowanbrae Drive. Competitive mid-week negotiations saw the SOLD sign go up on this double-storey four-bedroom home at a very satisfying $890,000.

Greenvale: 41 Venezia Promenade. Promising a low maintenance lifestyle with a serene outlook over the park across the street, this three-bedroom townhouse sold last week for $580,000.

Greenvale: 2 Tao Circuit. With Greenvale Shopping Centre a short walk away, this modern single-level four-bedroom home offered a hassle-free option for a growing family and sold well at this week’s auction.

Roxburgh Park: 2 Almands Avenue. Very comfy in its current form, but still offering huge upside for future enhancements, this four-bedroom home was sold just prior to this week’s scheduled auction for $700,000 (pictured).

Roxburgh Park: 5 Forwood Way. Four bidders fought it out at this week’s auction of this striking four-bedroom home with a touch of French Provincial styling. As a result the bidding soared all the way to $768,000.

Westmeadows: 2/24 Coghill Street. Part of an intriguing church conversion, this two-bedroom unit sold prior to this week’s scheduled auction for $500,000.
