Having been on the market for several months without success, the decision to auction with the Barry Plant team in Gladstone Park proved a productive one, with the gavel falling at a very pleasing $775,000. As you can see in the photo above, both vendors and purchasers seemed very happy with the result.

Situated in one of Mickleham’s up and coming new estates, this newly completed four-bedroom single-level home attracted the attention of a mix of first home buyers and downsizers. The decision to utilize professional home styling as part of the campaign proved a wise one, with the SOLD sign going up promptly at $580,000.
