As we have reported on several occasions before, buyer demand for property in the City of Hume has remained at extremely high levels since the start of the year, and my team has been reporting that enquiry levels have been very bullish despite the restrictions this week.

In fact, as you may have seen in the Realestate lift-out in Saturday’s Herald-Sun (pictured), the Barry Plant network has been achieving outstanding sales results for our vendors throughout the past few months, averaging more than 1,000 property sales per month throughout Autumn. Despite all the restrictions on physical inspections and face-to-face meetings, Ghizlaine Digby was able to thrill her vendors of this eye-catching home by negotiating an impressive pre-auction sale at $1.015 million. You may have even come across the vendor’s response of social media during the week as they were certainly excited about the result!
