As you can see from the photo, the strong auction result at $697,000 had everyone involved smiling.
• Tullamarine: 2/264 Melrose Drive. This property was more of interest for those buyers prioritising a low maintenance lifestyle and convenient access to amenities. This updated two-bedroom unit attracted enquiries from a mix of market entrants, investors and downsizers before the contracts were inked at $395,000.
