Auctioned just before Santa was due to arrive, this Hampton’s-inspired five-bedroom double-storey home produced a competitive bidding duel that saw the vendor’s reserve price exceeded when the gavel fell at $1.32 million. As you can see from the photo, both buyers and sellers were more than pleased with the result.

Westmeadows: 12 Arjay Court. Nestled in an elevated cul-de-sac close to Westmeadows Village, this three-bedroom home saw negotiations successfully concluded in the week prior to the break.
