Government incentives adding to activity

As we mentioned in one of our posts earlier this month, one of the factors that is impacting positively on the property market in the City of Hume, despite the uncertainty brought on by the ever-changing rules on social distancing, has been the introduction of the HomeBuilder incentives for people wanting to build a new home.

Whilst these Government incentives have had a minimal impact on the established home market, they have certainly encouraged a lot of people to consider building a new home. With first home buyers and investors becoming more active in this marketplace, our team at Barry Plant Gladstone Park has successfully sold a total of 15 house and land packages in the Caledonia Estate in Wollert in the past two months alone!

Of course, working hand-in hand with a quality builder like Nostra Homes helps, as buyers can have full confidence in the end product due to the Builder’s outstanding reputation for quality craftsmanship and excellent inclusions.

The good news for those who don’t want to miss out on the current opportunities is that we do have several exciting new house and land packages that are due to hit the market in the next week or two.

Not only are we anticipating another eight opportunities in Yann Drive in Wollert, (just like the recent sales pictured), but we also have two coming up in Mickleham that are likely to be priced under $400,000, plus we have some upmarket townhouses in Greenvale coming up that are likely to be in the mid-$500,000’s.

With such strong activity at the moment to key to making the most of the Government incentives is being at the front of the queue when the new packages are released. So if you would like to discuss what the possibilities are, or to learn more about the opportunities to purchase a brand new home in Melbourne’s north, don’t hesitate to give the team at Barry Plant Gladstone Park a call this week on 9330 1088.

Cheers,
