After regularly reporting over the past few months about the build-up of buyer demand for property in the City of Hume, and our forecasts of what would happen as soon as buyers were allowed to physically inspect local homes for sale, it’s been fascinating to watch those predictions become a reality over the past few weeks.
Other than the flood of phone calls and emails from buyers wanting to make appointments to inspect properties, the willingness of buyers to make quick decisions and solid offers on the available listings has been striking.
