Here’s a cross-section of some of our recent results:

Attwood: 5 Tollkeepers Parade. This imposing double-storey five-bedroom home generated immediate interest the moment it hit the market. A strong early offer of $1.015 million convinced our vendors not to wait for the auction which was scheduled for later this month.

Attwood: 3 Chandos Place. Framed by a pretty picket fence and iceberg roses, this renovated single-level four-bedroom home in the Alanbrae Estate sold before this week’s scheduled auction for $1.15 million.

Gladstone Park: 44 Burnleigh Drive. This potential-packed four-bedroom home with easy access to schools and shops was another to achieve a strong sale well before its scheduled auction. The SOLD sign went up after an impressive early offer of $740,000.

Greenvale: 8/9 Palmyra Street. This near new contemporary townhouse located a short walk from Greenvale Shopping Centre achieved a strong mid-week sale at $640,000.

Greenvale: 62 Dunfermline Avenue. Standing proudly on the bend overlooking the reserve, this impressive five-bedroom home achieved an excellent sale at $1.1 million.

Meadow Heights: 83 Cassinia Crescent. With acres of reserve through the back fence, this three-bedroom home had plenty of appeal for young families. This week’s auction (pictured) produced a winning bid from an online buyer who is soon to return to Australia from the Middle East.
