Activity like this is a clear sign of the strong demand for property in the City of Hume.

As you can see above, the fact is that houses in our part of Melbourne are still, on average, above the value of a year ago. Indeed many of them are actually above where they were three months ago, after multiple interest rate hikes and all that media negativity!
