Here in the City of Hume, we had several properties reaching successful sales prior to auction, whilst those who went under the hammer achieved excellent results with as many as five separate bidders competing for the keys.

Among our most recent results were:

Craigieburn: 17 Scottsdale Court. Set in a serene family neighbourhood with plenty of green open spaces, this modern four-bedroom home was sold well before the scheduled auction.

Gowanbrae: 32 Bluebell Crescent. Boasting a sought-after position in the Gowanbrae Estate, this elevated four-bedroom home achieved an excellent sale at this week’s auction, reaching $860,000.

Greenvale: 31 Mervyn Drive. As we mentioned in an earlier post, this modern entry-level home near Woodlands Park sold well before the gavel was required, achieving $675,000.

Greenvale: 11 Fraserburgh Crescent. This generously proportioned single-level four-bedroom home in the Shannon Rise Estate was sold well before this week’s scheduled auction, with a determined early offer of $908,000 sealing the deal (pictured).

Westmeadows: 21 Westfield Boulevard. Immediate interest from the moment this four-bedroom home hit the market saw the contracts inked well before this week’s scheduled auction.
