The good news for buyers, of course, is that at this stage the current restrictions are scheduled to end at midnight on Wednesday. Given the pent-up demand in the market right now, we are anticipating a rapid step up in activity in the lead-up to next weekend, so if you are keen to inspect any of the properties we have available, whether it’s an auction or available for private negotiation, I would suggest you keep a close eye on our mid-week Open House times as they become available during the week.

Of course, our team is still working at the moment despite the doors of the office being closed, so you might find it helpful to give one of them a call early in the week to see if you can tentatively book a personal inspection for when the lockdown is lifted.
