Networking keeps making a difference

It’s fair to say that some of our vendors probably don’t fully appreciate the benefits that come with selling through the Barry Plant network until they see how it works first-hand.

The fact is that our team at Barry Plant Gladstone Park is part of a highly effective network where every office in the group works closely together to produce outstanding results for our clients. This brings real benefits for our vendors, as we saw once again this week when several outstanding sales were produced through the synergy that only a ‘network that genuinely networks’ can provide.

Whilst we have certainly enjoyed setting new price records in areas like Attwood, (as you may have seen on social media this week), our team has also been busy putting smiles on the faces of vendors in more accessible price ranges as well.

One example involved the sale of contemporary townhouse in the popular Botanical Estate. Offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this modern low maintenance home included an impressive catalogue of quality inclusions that certainly made a positive impact on several very keen buyers. As you can see in the photo, the buyers were very excited when they secured 35 Sesame Street in Mickleham through some competitive mid-week negotiations for $575,000.

Meanwhile, over in Greenvale, a very convenient location in the heart of original Greenvale made all the difference in the sale of a double-storey homestead in Abbey Alley, a stone’s throw from Greenvale Plaza and the Primary School. Strong early interest saw this home sold prior to the scheduled auction for a very satisfying $780,000.

Our team was also integrally involved in another successful auction this weekend on the other side of the Freeway. Collaborating closely with our colleagues from the Keilor East and Essendon offices, we saw the successful completion of a highly effective digital campaign which resulted in a renovated two-bedroom unit in Royal Avenue, Essendon North securing $546,500 in an online auction.

With nine weeks left before the Christmas break arrives, there’s a huge opportunity for homeowners in the City of Hume to make their move while buyers are clearly motivated…but you will want to get the wheels in motion soon. So why not give us a call this week at Barry Plant Gladstone Park so we can make sure you don’t miss these incredibly favourable selling conditions. You can get us on 9330 1088.

Best wishes,

Nick Pugliese - Sales Director
