In fact, it had been used as a medical practice for around 40 years, ever since it was built for that purpose by our vendors. That’s 40 years of caring for local residents and assisting them with some very important points in their lives, so there were a lot of memories tied up in our vendors decision to retire after so many decades and to put the site up for sale!

The property itself attracted interest from a variety of different buyers, from those looking at utilising the existing medical suites as an investment, to those considering building a new home on the site or even redeveloping the 564 sqm allotment given its close proximity to so many amenities in the heart of Gladstone Park.

This level of interest resulted in a competitive auction which produced a very satisfying sale at $627,000. As you can tell from the photo, our vendors were very happy with the result and are now looking forward to moving on to the next stage of their lives.
