Not only was the team able to start our auction year with a 100 per cent result for our happy vendors, but we were also able to achieve a total of more than $5.4 million in sales in Greenvale this week, confirming that buyer demand has very much returned to the levels we were experiencing back in October-November last year.

Among this week’s results were:

27 Tao Circuit. Presenting a distinct Hamptons inspiration to the stylish décor, this elegant three-bedroom single-level home with good access to local shops, Woodlands Historic Park and Aitken College was sold during the week for a very pleasing $770,000.

8 Maton Street. Currently serving as a Display Home after featuring on television as one of Melbourne’s dream homes, this architect-designed four-bedroom home enjoyed a successful online auction result, with the SOLD sign going up at $1.125 million.

20 Annadale Mews. A sought after position overlooking parkland in the Shannon Rise Estate added to the appeal of this expansive double-storey home of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three determined bidders pushed the price to a satisfying $1.2 million.

12 Palamino Valley Court. A huge crowd turned out to watch the auction of this impressive four-bedroom homestead on over half an acre, (around 2380 sqm) backing onto parkland. Four bidders fought it out in a hotly contested auction that produced an outstanding result (pictured).
