Here's a cross-section of recent strong sales results that our team has been involved in:

Greenvale: 6 Oban Court. Enjoying a central position close to Greenvale Village shops, this four-bedroom garden oasis with a pool (pictured) enjoyed an early pre-auction sale, with the SOLD sign going up well before this week’s scheduled competition.

Hadfield: 1/164 West Street. As we mentioned in a recent post, this two-storey four-bedroom timber home was the front residence on a block of just two, was another to achieve an early sale when an offer of $765,000 convinced our vendors not to wait for this week’s scheduled auction.

Tullamarine: 7 Banksia Grove. The rare opportunity to secure three separate two-bedroom units on the one title of around 954sqm proved just how strong the underlying interest in this area from investors is. Positive post-auction negotiations saw the contracts inked on this one at $1.15 million.

Westmeadows: 10 Erinbank Crescent. Attracting interest from a mix of market entrants, investors and downsizing locals, this cosy two-bedroom home with its own frontage and driveway enjoyed a pleasing mid-week sale at $506,500.
