Greenvale: 31 Heversham Grove. This grand four-bedroom double-storey family home near the Greenvale Shopping Centre had been scheduled to go to auction this weekend. However, strong early interest saw buyers keen to make their move before the day, with an excellent sale being wrapped up this week at $1.27 million.

Greenvale: 73 Kirkham Drive. Situated within a stone’s throw of the Yuroke Creek Reserve, this striking double-storey home of four bedrooms and three bathrooms had plenty to offer a family who enjoyed entertaining. It only took two Open Houses for the strong buyer interest to become buyer action, with the sale price of $1.465 million setting a new record for the street (pictured).

Greenvale: 5 Stirling Close. You know a property has something special when it’s been owned by the one family for more than thirty years, and this much-loved four-bedroom home on just over 2,000sqm of land, (that’s around half an acre in the old scale), within a short walk of Greenvale Primary School certainly qualified. The sold sign went up during the week at $1.8 million.
