Well that trend certainly seems to be continuing, particularly when you realise that all but one of this weekend’s scheduled auctions was successfully sold prior!

Among our most recent results were:

Attwood: 8 Tattenham Court. As we mentioned a few weeks agon, this architecturally intriguing double-storey home overlooking parklands certainly got people talking the moment it hit the market, so it was no surprise to see offers being made well before the scheduled auction. The contracts were inked at an impressive $1.23 million.

Greenvale: 56 Greenvale Drive. This thoughtfully updated four-bedroom home was another to attract offers well before this week’s scheduled auction, with its expansive outdoor living zone and pool proving popular. As a result, the SOLD sign went up at $1 million.

Greenvale: 3 Nairn Court. This imposing four-bedroom double-storey home had been scheduled for auction in December, however as you can see from the photo, our happy vendors and buyers were all very pleased to bring an early conclusion to this process when a strong sale was concluded at $1.21 million.

Greenvale: 12 Adderley Drive. This expansive six-bedroom, four-bathroom home with notable outdoor entertaining facilities was another to achieve an outstanding sale well before a scheduled December auction. This one’s campaign came to an early conclusion when the sale was finalised at $1.7 million.

Tullamarine: 3/25 Broadmeadows Road. This neat and ultra-convenient two-bedroom unit attracted interest from investors, downsizers and market entrants. It sold well before this week’s scheduled auction at $400,000.
