For those that may not have heard the news, on September 19th our hard-working rental team was recognised at the annual Barry Plant Awards for Excellence as the Property Management Department of the Year, making us the No.1 rental team in the largest selling real estate network in Melbourne!

This award was judged by a panel of independent assessors and based on a broad range of criteria, including feedback from customers and clients; staff training; improvements to the department; involvement within the community plus, of course, the growth and performance of the team throughout the year.

It was particularly thrilling to be recognised in this way because the award not only recognises the way our department has ‘put the score on the board’ in making a real difference to the lives of our clients, but that feedback from our clients played a role in the win.

Whilst an award like this provides some confirmation for the team that our commitment to continuous improvement is making a difference, we never forget that every landlord is different, just as their needs and priorities are different.
