In the end it gone down to bids of $500 before the gavel finally fell at a remarkable $1.026 million!

Greenvale: Drummond Street. The result that got everyone in Greenvale’s acre belt talking involved an elevated five-bedroom home with a tennis court and pool in this highly regarded address. With five highly motivated buyers all competing within 48 hours of it hitting the market, this potential-filled home was sold for $1.72 million…well above expectations. Westmeadows: Forman Street. Enjoying a sought-after position in Westmeadows Village, this well-presented double-storey four-bedroom home certainly put a smile on the faces of our vendors when the auction produced an outstanding sale at $856,000.
