Here’s an overview of some of our most recent results:

Gladstone Park: 1/10 Woodstock Drive. Combining a low upkeep commitment with a high degree of convenience, this near new two-bedroom townhouse saw the keys change hands at a very satisfying $650,000.

Greenvale: 8 Bianca Crescent. Situated within walking distance of Aitken College and the Reservoir, this accommodating family home attracted such strong early interest that the vendors decided to accept a convincing early offer of $790,000 rather than waiting for next week’s scheduled auction.

Greenvale: 27 Mossgiel Avenue. This impressive double-storey home situated a short stroll from Greenvale Secondary College was another to attract competitive early interest, with the SOLD sign going up a few days before this week’s scheduled auction. The sale at $1.425 million exceeded our happy vendor’s expectations, and as you can see from the photo, our buyers were delighted with the result too!

Tullamarine: 52 Dawson Street. This week’s auction of this single-level four-bedroom home near the soon to be upgraded Leo Dineen Reserve produced a very pleasing result when the gavel fell at $770,000.
