Another half dozen strong sales this week by our team at Barry Plant Gladstone Park provided further confirmation that the strong Spring market that we have been reporting recently is showing no signs of easing as we head into the final two months of a year unlike any other.

The fact that these six strong sales were achieved through a wide variety of methodologies, from auctions conducted onsite and online; to more traditional multi-buyer negotiations; through to carefully targeted off-market campaigns; shows that great results are possible with a variety of approaches. The key is to remain flexible and to tailor our approach to meet the priorities of our clients.

Our latest successes included:

Attwood: 10 Coach House Drive. Our recent run of exceptional results in Attwood continued with the mid-week sale of this striking double-storey four-bedroom home. The SOLD sign went up at a very satisfying $1.15 million.

Gladstone Park: 3/34-36 Vaucluse Avenue. Offering the rare combination of a low maintenance block with no body corporate, this street-facing two-bedroom townhouse (pictured) attracted interest from first home buyers and investors. Five bidders competed at this week’s auction before the gavel fell at $612,000.

Greenvale: 45 Lemonwood Drive. This dazzling near-new three-bedroom home made a real impact with its Hamptons-style finishes, resulting in a high level of competitive interest before the contracts were inked at $845,000.

Greenvale: 49 Firth Way. Surrounded by the peaceful tranquillity of the Yuroke Creek parklands, this luxuriously appointed double-storey four-bedroom home was another to achieve a strong mid-week sale.

Greenvale: 14 San Pietro Way. Situated in the popular Providence Estate, this four-bedroom home achieved an outstanding sale at $1.1 million through a carefully planned off-market campaign. As you can see from the photo, the board hadn’t even gone up before the sold sigh arrived!

Westmeadows: 4/35 Campbell Street. With Westmeadows Primary School right around the corner, this brand new three-bedroom townhouse in a group of just four drew plenty of interest from young families before the keys changed hands at $780,000.

If you’d like to discuss the best strategies to achieve your property goals within your preferred time frame, feel free to give us a call at Barry Plant Gladstone Park this week on 9330 1088.
