Six out of six to welcome Summer

Once again this week, our team at Barry Plant Gladstone Park was able to achieve a very satisfying 100% auction success rate for our vendors, with all five of this week’s scheduled auctions successfully sold.

What was interesting about this week’s result was that, in keeping with the trends we have been reporting recently, five of them were sold prior to their scheduled auction day, with just Tuesday evening’s auction making it to the day!

These included:

Greenvale: 41 Perugia Avenue. Our twilight auction on Tuesday evening (pictured) of this compact three-bedroom home produced a very satisfying result for our vendors, with the gavel falling at $649,000.

Greenvale: 84 Venezia Promenade. Nestled in the popular Providence Estate, a stone’s throw from the reservoir, this four-bedroom single-level home sold two weeks before the scheduled auction.

Greenvale: 5 Greenhaven Drive. An appealing blend of modern style and low maintenance living, this four-bedroom home just a few doors from Greenhaven Park saw the sold sign go up more than a week before the auction at $681,000.

Greenvale: 25 Breeze Way. This attractive five-year-old four-bedroom home in the family-friendly Aspect Estate was our final result for Spring, selling a few days before the auction at $810,000.

Greenvale: 56 Lemonwood Drive. As previously reported, this three-bedroom home with easy access to Primary and Secondary schools drew an immediate response the moment it hit the market, selling well before this week’s scheduled auction at $840,000.

Westmeadows: 8 Hyton Close. Being just two doors from the park in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this three-bedroom home had several young families keen to inspect. The pre-auction sale during the week was our first Summer result, with the contracts being inked at $645,000.

Westmeadows: 1/7 Pascoe Street. With an abundance of parkland a short walk away, this street-facing four-bedroom townhouse made the most of strong mid-week negotiations, selling for $690,000.
