Despite the challenges that we are all facing at the moment, the transition to working remotely has gone without a hitch. Our investment in up-to-the-minute technology has ensured that every member of the team has been able to continue looking after our clients in exactly the same way we were when the office was allowed to remain open.

This has meant that the security of our clients’ rental properties remains protected, and our clients are still able to have their questions answered and requests fulfilled in a prompt and professional manner.

The proof of the pudding has been clearly demonstrated in the fact that our team has maintained a very satisfying vacancy rate of less than 1% despite the restrictions on property inspections, and to date we have had almost no issues with major rental arrears. Rental enquiry rates remain high and rental values are holding up well.

The fact is that we are still able to conduct routine inspections remotely, we are completing lease renewals electronically, and our team has the experience to address any hardship cases with compassion so that we can achieve an outcome that works for both tenant and landlord.

So, as you can see, the landscape may have changed, but we are still assisting our clients to reach their goals. It’s really just a matter of taking a slightly different, but equally effective path.
