That’s proven very important, both on the MCG and for a number of homebuyers who have been struggling with the 2023 property market in the City of Hume. As regular readers will know, growing numbers of buyers and an ongoing shortage of available listings have combined to make life difficult for a lot of local homebuyers this year. So it was great to see another family achieving their property goals recently by staying focused on the things that really matter to them and their family.

This recent example involved a four-bedroom, two-bathroom single-level home in Steinbeck Street, Greenvale, which we took to auction last week. This property attracted strong buyer interest for its functional and flexible floorplan and its close proximity to key amenities such as schools, parks and Greenvale Village shops.

As you can see from the photo, the successful buyers were all thrilled when the SOLD sign went up after the auction, confirming that their search for their first home was over. However, the factor that really resonated was the thrill experienced by their daughter, Hana, knowing that she would soon have the swings in the park right across the road. As I mentioned, goals worth focusing on!

Of course, for our lovely vendor Paul, his goal of achieving a successful sale and moving on was also achieved in the process, making it a ‘Win-Win’ all around.
