Strong Summer sales continue

Just when we all thought we’d forgotten what Summer sunshine looks like, we finally got to enjoy a healthy dose of it on Saturday, adding an extra reason to smile for all those homebuyers who were trying to bring their property dreams to reality before Santa arrives.

This drive to get in before the end of the year meant that our team was able to achieve several outstanding sales results for our vendors in recent days, including:

Broadmeadows: 9 Railway Crescent. Potential was the word on everyone’s lips at the auction of this four-bedroom home on around 711sqm of land near the Broadmeadows station, with the SOLD sign going up on the day.

Greenvale: 20 Amira Road. Strong early interest in this single-level four-bedroom home near Destination Park in the Aspect Estate. A convincing offer of $650,000 saw the contracts inked well before this week’s scheduled auction.

Greenvale: 12 Adderley Drive. As we mentioned a few weeks ago, this expansive six-bedroom, four-bathroom home with terrific outdoor entertaining facilities was another to achieve an outstanding sale well before this week’s scheduled auction. The campaign came to an early conclusion when the sale was finalised at $1.7 million (pictured).

Westmeadows: 3/52 Pascoe Street. This three-bedroom townhouse with generous outdoor living space didn’t even have time to have its planned auction date confirmed, selling within a matter of days of hitting the market.

Westmeadows: 5 Sturis Court. Attracting interest from a mix of first home buyers, renovators and builders, this potential-packed four-bedroom home sold above reserve at this week’s auction for $660,000.

One of the main reasons that sellers in the City of Hume have been achieving such good results lately is the ongoing shortage of available properties for sale. So it’s likely that the early part of 2023 will prove to be a great time to have your property on the market, (while competition from other sellers is likely to be at its lowest levels).
