The striking street presence of this newly renovated four-bedroom home situated a short walk from the Greenvale Village shops made an immediate impact the moment it hit the market. As a result, the SOLD sign went up at $935,000 well before this week’s scheduled auction. As you can see from the photo, the new owners were excited about their successful purchase and are looking forward to moving in the near future.

Westmeadows: 33 Westfield Boulevard. This week’s auction of this substantial three-bedroom home overlooking Broadmeadows Valley Park saw the contracts signed after the current owners brought their happy two-decade history in the home to a conclusion.
