Emma leads the sourcing, implementation and optimisation of technology systems across every office in the Barry Plant network, ensuring our businesses are equipped to operate efficiently and competitively.
Emma joined Barry Plant Head Office in January 2019, bringing more than 11 years of real estate experience across sales and customer service roles. She initially served as Digital Experience Manager, where she quickly established herself as a high performer before stepping into the newly created role of Franchise Transformation Manager in 2026.
During her time with Barry Plant, Emma has led the successful rollout and refinement of key technology platforms across the network. Her deep product knowledge, combined with a commitment to staying ahead of emerging trends in real estate and business technology, ensures our offices remain at the forefront of innovation.
