Throughout her career, Rayni has built a reputation for consistent, high-level achievement across sales, property management and auctioneering. Her sales credentials speak for themselves, with recognition at local, state and international levels, including being named a Barry Plant Top Female Performer in 2020 while working as a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Rayni also brings extensive property management and brand leadership experience. As Rental Department Manager and Brand Development Manager for a major real estate group, she led a nationally recognised, top-tier sales team while overseeing a high-performing rental department of 12 staff and a rent roll of more than 1,000 properties.
Her broader leadership experience includes serving as Business Development Executive for Victoria and Tasmania with a major national brand, where she managed a corporate portfolio of 95 offices, advising on office structure, recruitment and performance strategy.
