For every property sold in October, Barry Plant will donate a portion of the commission to Make-A-Wish. Over the past decade, this initiative has raised over $1 million, demonstrating the network's commitment to community and making a difference.

Here we are, one week into the official Spring selling season for the Moonee Valley property market, and we’re already seeing lots of indications of an active and exciting few months for sellers and buyers alike.

If you were out and about in the City of Moonee Valley on Saturday, you won’t need me to tell you that the weather was decidedly wintery at times.

The steady rain through a lot of Saturday forced several of our auctions indoors this week, while the chilly weather had a lot of Melbourne residents reaching for their overcoats and puffer jackets…but the inclement conditions didn’t seem to impact the results of our vendors this week.

The weather this week has clearly been wintery, but there was more than a hint of an early Spring market among the long list of sales results our team has achieved recently.
