The end of the year may be just around the corner, but we saw further confirmation this week that there are still quite a number of homebuyers in the City of Moonee Valley who are keen to secure their next home before the festive season arrives.

As you can see below, our team has been busy assisting lots of local buyers and sellers to achieve their property dreams across a variety of suburbs and property types, and we still have several opportunities to come this week.

Recent results have included:

Airport West: 64 Roberts Road. A well-planned Sale by Set Date® campaign saw the SOLD sign go up on this brand new three-bedroom home around a week before offers were due to close.

Ascot Vale: 5/230 Ascot Vale Road. This single-bedroom flat was sold via an off-market campaign utilising our extensive database of buyers for $240,000.

Keilor East: 1/20 Eastleigh Avenue. Thoughtful renovations added to the appeal of this two-bedroom unit just around the corner from St Peter’s Primary School. A strong pre-auction offer of $590,000 saw the keys change hands during the week.

Keilor East: 1B Berembong Drive. This well maintained single-level three-bedroom home (pictured) attracted interest from a mix of downsizers, investors and young families before selling for $725,000.

Keilor East: 7 Grantchester Avenue. Productive post-auction negotiations saw the SOLD sign go up on this three-bedroom home at $745,000.

Keilor East: 25 Prospect Drive. A warm and welcoming family home, this four-bedroom home with the shops around the corner enjoyed a pleasing sale at $756,000.

Niddrie: 65A Nolan Street. Our twilight auction of this striking four-bedroom townhouse with scope for extended families produced an outstanding sale at $1.365 million.

Niddrie: 62 Newman Crescent. Potential for the future was one of the key attractions of this four-bedroom home, with a convincing early offer of $1.055 million sealing the deal on the evening before the auction.

Parkville: 12 William Street. Offering close proximity to Royal Park and the Universities, this modern six-bedroom, three-bedroom home achieved a positive result through competitive mid-week negotiations.

Strathmore: 31A Lind Street. With close proximity to Napier Street Village, this appealing four-bedroom family home saw the contracts inked at $1.285 million.

Importantly, as we mentioned earlier, we still have a couple of exciting twilight auction opportunities coming up this week, so if your property search is yet to produce a result in 2022, be sure to CHECK OUT THESE PRE-CHRISTMAS OPPORTUNITIES.

In the meantime, if you have any questions at all about the local property market, feel free to give us a call this week at Barry Plant Moonee Valley on 9319 1700.
