Doesn’t time fly when you keep exceeding your clients’ expectations? It seems we are already halfway through the Spring market, yet buyer numbers are still exceeding the supply of new listings by a substantial margin, resulting in some excellent sales results for our vendors.

This week we saw another 100% auction success rate putting smiles on our clients faces, whilst mid-week negotiations also produced some exciting results. Among there were:

Airport West

Set at the front of a group of three well presented townhouses, 1/67 Hawker Street attracted interest from buyers looking for low maintenance living with a bit of style. Offering three bedrooms, polished Tasmanian Oak floors and private outdoor entertaining, this appealing property saw the SOLD sign go up at a very satisfying $745,000.

Essendon West

Enhanced by clean contemporary lines, towering ceiling heights and polished spotted gum floors, a brand-new luxury home at 19 Ruby Street offered low maintenance living in a sought-after location within minutes of highly regarded schools, cafes, shops and parkland. Providing four double bedrooms and three designer bathrooms, this eye-catching home enjoyed the benefits of a tightly contested auction, selling above reserve at $1.366 million.

Keilor East

Securely positioned behind a high brick fence, the potential-packed four-bedroom home at 3 Saltau Street (pictured) was set on around 688sqm of land within a short walk of the shops on Milleara Road. Interest from a mix of local families and investors saw a strong mid-week sale completed this week.

Keilor East

Another opportunity within close proximity of Milleara Shopping Centre, 20 Heatherlea Crescent was a single-level three-bedroom home that drew strong enquiry levels from several aspiring market entrants. The end was a pleasing sale at $745,000.

As we touched on last week, the good news for anyone wanting to achieve a strong sale before the end of 2019 is that you haven’t run out of time yet. However, you would be wise not to delay that process much longer. So feel free to give us a call this week at Barry Plant Moonee Valley on 9373 0000.

Best wishes,

Bill Karp
