This sense of urgency saw several outstanding sales produced by our team across the City of Moonee Valley, including:

Keilor East: 216 Milleara Road. This pristine single-owner solid brick home boasted a family-friendly location close to quality schools. A well-structured auction campaign saw this one sold on auction day.
Keilor East: 10 Talus Court. An exclusive court setting bordering the Steele Creek trails and just a short stroll from Valley Lake added to the appeal of this near new luxury home of four bedrooms and four ensuites (pictured). Productive mid-week negotiations saw the SOLD sign go up at an impressive $2.22 million!
