Essendon: 217/314 Pascoe Vale Road. Contemporary apartment living was also the attraction of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom haven set at the rear of the building with tranquil leafy views. A strong mid-week sale was finalised at $535,000.

Keilor East: 15 Paul Avenue. This potential-packed three-bedroom home on a generous allotment of around 647sqm was originally launched as a forthcoming auction, however strong early interest meant that a date was never set, with the contracts being inked during the week.

Pascoe Vale: 2/566 Pascoe Vale Road. Unexpectedly generous outdoor entertaining capabilities made this one-bedroom unit a popular offering for first home buyers and investors alike. So popular, in fact, that it sold several weeks before offers were due to close on our Sale by Set Date® campaign.

Strathmore: 68 Willonga Street. The combination of a serene cul-de-sac location abutting parkland in the Strathmore College zone, and an abundance of entertaining space inside and out, saw the keys to this five-bedroom home changing hands during the week.
