With a strong background in the sporting and fitness industry, Kristian Formica brings a results-driven mindset and excellent communication skills to the world of real estate. Prior to joining the industry, Kristian spent several years working as a personal trainer across both clinical and sporting environments, developing a strong ability to build relationships, problem solve, and work closely with people from all walks of life.

Having grown up in Keilor East, Kristian has a genuine connection to the local community and a strong understanding of the surrounding area. Real estate has always been close to home, with his mother having worked in the industry for over 20 years, inspiring his passion for property and client service.

A graduate of La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, Kristian is highly motivated and thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. He particularly enjoys the challenges of property management, from resolving issues efficiently to working with new people every day.

Known for his strong personality while remaining approachable and easy to communicate with, Kristian is committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.

Outside of real estate, Kristian has a strong passion for sport, health, and fitness.
