Barry Plant Relaunches Auction

After a COVID-19 hiatus, Barry Plant Mildura is set to relaunch the increasingly popular and age old practice, sale by auction.

Recent changes relating to regional Victoria’s COVID restrictions have paved the way for leading Mildura Auctioneer, Tense Venneri.

Pre-COVID, auction was proving to be a popular and successful manner in which to sell property, according to Barry Plant Mildura Director, Martin Scott.

“We had some outstanding results at auction last spring and into the new year with a cultural shift towards auction,” Mr Scott said.

“The public understand the process and the benefits more so now than ever.”

“It’s transparent, it’s exciting and can reap fantastic rewards, particularly in a hot market as we have in Mildura right now,”

Mr Venneri added “This is a real turning point in our return from COVID restrictions and part of the way forward for our market.”
