Bali Holiday Competition Rules & Guidelines.
This competition is exclusive to Barry Plant Noble Park. Please ensure you read our competition terms and conditions to be eligible to enter and win our competition.
1. Your property must be listed for sale or for lease with Barry Plant Noble Park/Keysborough/Dandenong Sales between Friday 6th December 2019 and Friday 31st January 2020.
2. The property must be actively on the market or sold/leased by Barry Plant Noble Park/Keysborough/Dandenong Sales on the date when the competition closes.
3. Management must be at standard fee structure. (no discount on fees apply)
4. You must ‘Like’ our Barry Plant Noble Park Facebook Page and any page associated with the competition giveaway as stipulated on our competition post.
5. Entrants must be residents of Australia and over 18 years of age.
6. One (1) signed contract is equal to one (1) entry.
7. The prize is made up of a $500 Flight Centre gift voucher and a trip for 2 people for 7 nights to the TS Suites in Seminyak. (Valued up to $3,500). Inclusions:
- Daily all-day breakfast.
- A daily cocktail each at the stylish rooftop bar.
- One international buffet dining experience.
- A daily replenished minibar with snacks and soft drinks.
- Complimentary food and drinks at various local restaurants and eateries.
- Two 45-minute Balinese massages each (plus the option to enjoy your massage in-suite).
- Private return airport transfers.
Competition closes on the date as stated in the competition post.
Winner is announced via Facebook within the 24-48 hours of the competition closing.
Winner will be notified via phone or email.
Prize can be collected from our office at 390 Princes Highway, Noble Park.
Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered.
Any inappropriate or rude comments will be deleted and users blocked from our page.
