With a proven track record of driving efficiencies, strengthening processes and supporting sustainable business growth, Donna-Lee plays a key role in overseeing core operational functions including finance, payroll, HR, compliance and reporting. Working closely alongside the Directors, she helps ensure the organisation runs smoothly, safely and efficiently while keeping teams aligned and supported.
