Working closely with agents day-to-day, she provides direct support across listing strategy, negotiation, and deal progression, ensuring opportunities are maximised and standards remain high.
She also contributes to the broader group by supporting the Wonthaggi and Inverloch teams through structured coaching and performance sessions, maintaining leadership presence and accountability during this growth phase.
