She originally joined the team in 2024, where she quickly discovered her passion for real estate while learning the ropes and went on to complete her Certificate IV in Real Estate.
At the start of 2025, Tayla relocated to Melbourne and gained further industry experience working as a Leasing Agent within another Barry Plant office. She returned home and rejoined the team at the beginning of 2026, bringing with her a broadened skillset and a strong understanding of the industry.
Having grown up around Phillip Island and attended school locally, Tayla has a genuine connection to the area and a strong understanding of the local community. She enjoys meeting new people and takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Tayla has a keen interest in the beauty industry and runs her own lash business. She also enjoys spending time with friends and her much-loved staffy, Moos, who is rarely far from her side.
