As one of the first friendly faces you'll meet when you walk into Barry Plant Reservoir, Tatjana prides herself on creating a warm, welcoming and positive experience for every client who walks through the door.

As the first point of contact at reception, Tatjana is often the first voice and face our clients encounter. With her pleasant, approachable and upbeat nature, she strives to ensure everyone who visits the office feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. Alongside reception, Tatjana provides valuable support across the sales team, assisting with a wide range of sales administration and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently.

With more than 20 years of customer service experience, Tatjana has built a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout her career. She began her working life at Kmart before moving into the legal industry, where she worked at a law firm and further developed her customer service and administrative skills. During this time, she also upskilled in conveyancing, gaining valuable experience assisting with both residential and commercial property settlements.

Tatjana's dedication to exceptional customer service was recognised when she was awarded Barry Plant Receptionist of the Year in 2025—a testament to her professionalism, efficiency and genuine care for every client she assists. She believes that first impressions last and takes pride in making every interaction a positive one.

Outside of the office, Tatjana enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially going to the movies. When she has a quiet moment to herself, you'll usually find her relaxing with a good book.
