Jim will auction a brand new Metricon double storey home which will be built on a large 508sqm block in Satterley’s newest master-planned community, ‘Botanical’ in Mickleham. The home will be situated right next to a neighbourhood park and walking distance to a planned shopping village and sporting oval.

Whilst the home not been constructed yet, Metricon have a replica of the home on display at 14 Whiteleaf Drive, Mickleham which can be viewed from 11am to 5pm on Wednesdays to Sundays leading up to the auction.

A special Open Day will be held the week before the auction, on Sunday July 29th, with guest appearances by Shane Crawford and Peter Hitchener from Channel Nine.

The auction itself will held at Marnong Estate winery, on the corner of Mickleham & Donnybrook Roads in Mickleham at 10am on Saturday, August 4th. As mentioned earlier, this will be a ‘No Reserve’ auction, meaning the successful bidder could pick up a fantastic new home at a very affordable price. The auction day’s events will be MC’d by Channel Nine’s Rebecca Maddern and will have lots of free giveaways and children’s activities along with guest appearances by several stars from Channel Nine TV programs and AFL footballers.
