One example of the success that our unique approach to property marketing is producing involved the auction of a potential-packed three-bedroom home on Edgars Road, Lalor (pictured).

This home attracted strong enquiries from a mix of first home buyers and investors, many of whom found appeal in the close proximity to Lalor Hub Shopping Centre and Lalor Gardens Primary School. In the end we saw five separate bidders competing, with several others missing out in the heat of the battle. The competitive nature of the auction saw the bidding push well past the vendor’s reserve to reach an impressive $650,000. This was close to 15% above our happy client’s expectations.

Another example involving a completely different category of property was the auction of a modern double-storey townhouse in Highlands Road, Thomastown. This property generated buyer interest due to the fact that it offered a low maintenance lifestyle, but still enjoyed its own street frontage and driveway. Again, a convenient location played its role here, with both Primary and Secondary schools, the trains and High Street shops all within walking distance. This one also achieved an excellent result at auction.
