When the difference is measured in millions
I’ve had a couple of calls in the last day or so from clients who happened to see the Barry Plant advertisement in this week’s Realestate lift-out in the Herald-Sun and rang to check whether the statistics mentioned there were correct.
First and foremost, let me assure you that the numbers are accurate. In a world where so much of what we do is conducted digitally, the latest internet statistics show that the online presence of our Barry Plant network has now reached the point where a total of 5 million people see our assorted property listings each month. That’s a lot of exposure that we can offer our vendors and landlords, isn’t it!
Here at Barry Plant Thomastown, we know that the unique structure of our network and the skillset of our people means that we can make a real difference to the experience and the results of our clients. In fact, we’ve seen several examples of this during the past few weeks alone.
If you’ve been able to attend some of our recent auctions you would have seen a first-hand insight into what happens when you can attract the attention of an extra buyer or two to each auction. The additional competition often produces results for our vendors that not only exceeds their hopes, but which also exceeds the price expectations that various independent observers have expected as well.
We love it when a satisfied vendor says to us, “That’s way more than the other agents said we would achieve”. The important thing is that we are able to do this for local homeowners in a way that makes the whole process less stressful as well. As one of our recent vendors wrote after we sold her home in Lalor (pictured), “A great experience…everything I wanted they achieved always with a smile. 100% recommended.”
Isn’t it amazing what a difference a different approach and a positive attitude can make?
