With 27 sales concluded this week, November is shaping up to be one of Barry Plant’s strongest months on record. Following October’s milestone of over 100 sales — a new benchmark for our network — it appears November is on track to set yet another record, with a further 29 auctions scheduled for next weekend.

Family homes continue to lead buyer demand, with traditional floorplans, generous backyards, and outdoor entertaining areas proving especially popular. Swimming pools and alfresco spaces are becoming major drawcards as we move into the warmer months, with many families actively upsizing.

Across our group today, more than 200 inspections were conducted, reinforcing the clear sentiment in the marketplace: buyers are determined to secure their next home before Christmas so they can enter the New Year with clarity and confidence.
