Emily Moore is an experienced Property Investment Manager with Barry Plant Manningham, supporting rental providers and renters across Doncaster, Doncaster East, Templestowe, Templestowe Lower, Bulleen and surrounding Manningham suburbs. With more than seven years at Barry Plant, Emily brings strong property management experience, exceptional organisational skills and a genuine people-first approach to her role.
Raised in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Emily has a strong connection to the local area and an appreciation for the communities, lifestyle and natural surrounds that make Manningham such a desirable place to live and invest.
Before entering real estate, Emily built a successful career in hospitality and restaurant management, developing valuable skills in customer service, communication, organisation and team leadership. Seeking a career that combined her love of working with people with a varied and fast-paced environment, Emily made the transition into real estate and has continued to build her knowledge and experience within Property Management.
Known for her kindness, patience and highly organised approach, Emily understands the importance of clear communication and responsive service. She takes pride in building trusted relationships with rental providers and renters and works to ensure clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their property management experience.
Emily’s experience has also included leadership within Leasing and Inspections, giving her a broad understanding of the different elements involved in successfully managing an investment property. Her commitment to service and professional development has been recognised within the Barry Plant Group, including a nomination for Property Manager of the Year in 2023 and recognition as PM Star of the Month.
