Bayley originally started his real estate career in the Barry Plant organisation. After moving to a boutique agency in Melbourne CBD, he found that he had a true love and passion for helping locals in the Knox area and swiftly made the switch back to the suburbs and felt right at home with Barry Plant Rowville.

After living 18 years in the heart of Knox, he made the move up to the Dandenong Ranges and has since formed a vast range of knowledge about local market changes and movements in areas from the CBD to the Yarra Valley.
