An impressively experienced Property Manager with over seven years’ in the role, Erika exudes energy and enthusiasm, and has an infectious personality which is congruent with her love of dealing with people in a frontline client service role.
With a background in both hospitality management and high end sales management, Erika has finely attuned her skills in problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiations, which result in a “win win” for all parties. She prides herself in caring your property as if it were her own. Erika owns a number of rentals herself, as well as her own home. Also, having assisted with the project management side of her own family home build, she has a great eye for preventative maintenance at properties; that is, sorting out maintenance issues in their infancy before they become more serious.
Erika describes herself as having a sixth sense when it comes to people, she loves nothing more than finding the perfect tenant for her Landlords’ investment/s, in a process that starts right from the first open inspection. Renowned for her ability to astutely and diplomatically assess and act on a situation, in an industry fraught with non-compliance and rapid staff turnover, it’s reassuring to deal with this consummate professional, whom has found her working passion.
