The network also received the 2025 REB Innovation Award for Innovator of the Year – Major Network, reflecting Lisa's clear vision, commitment to innovation, and transformative leadership.

Lisa's expertise in franchising spans decades, having held senior executive roles with two major national real estate brands. She brings deep experience in public relations, brand reputation, marketing, and crisis management. Her hands-on, collaborative leadership style ensures every part of the Barry Plant network is aligned with its vision: to be the most recommended brand in real estate.

Her commitment to making a positive impact extends well beyond that initiative. Lisa has continued to champion Barry Plant’s sponsorship of the Pat Cronin Foundation and its mission to end the coward punch, while also strengthening the network’s longstanding partnership with Make-A-Wish Australia. Over the past 11 years, the Barry Plant network has raised more than $1.23 million to help bring life-changing wishes to children living with critical illnesses.
