Monika first joined Barry Plant as Head of Marketing in 2023, where she led the award-winning rebrand that repositioned the network as a modern, forward-thinking leader in Victoria’s real estate industry.
Now stepping into the role of Fractional Chief of Staff, Monika will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic alignment, ensure effective execution across all business initiatives, and support the continued growth and success of the Barry Plant network.
A creative and strategic thinker, Monika is known for her intelligence, innovation and ability to build strong relationships. Her passion for real estate began over five years ago when she worked in marketing management and business partner relations at another major real estate group, supporting more than 400 offices nationally.
Throughout her career, Monika has been recognised with numerous accolades, including an Australian Marketing Institute Award, a Commerce Award, two international distributor awards and an award for brand excellence.
